The Vancouver Island University Students' Union - Constitution

The Constitution is a statement of incorporation required for all legally incorporated societies in BC. The Constitution states the name, purpose and rules for dissolution in accordance with the Society Act of BC [RSBC 1996] and connected regulations. The Students’ Union’s constitution is pending registration of amendments adopted by members to change the name following a change in the name of the University.
